Some of the suggested solutions to the most common problems:

 

1.    Wrong model bought, which is not our fault (if we have the right model) - return the wrong items in its original condition upon receipt to the address as confirmed in our email. You bear risk of loss during delivery.  You need to pay to us the extra postage and packaging fee via PayPal for sending a replacement.  We will send you a replacement upon receipt of the returned parcel and your payment.

2.  Wrong model bought, which is not our fault (if we DO NOT have the right model) - nothing could be done on our side.  You may consider re-selling the item.

3.  Item seriously not as described, e.g. the item is not for the model as specified in our description - return the items in its original condition upon receipt to the address as confirmed in our email.  You bear risk of loss during delivery.  Upon receipt of the returned parcel, we will send you the right item or fully refund you (if we do not have the right item), and send you an extra gift to compensate your extra postage fee for returning the parcel.

4.  Item is broken / faulty upon receipt - return the broken / faulty item in its original condition upon receipt to the address as confirmed in our email.  You bear risk of loss during delivery.  We will send you a replacement and an extra gift upon receipt of the returned parcel without further payment from you.
5.  All items should be returned ONLY after confirmation from us with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and dispatched from you within 7 days since you received our parcel.
