Prior to purchase, please check the following:

1. If you have a deadline for the item to be delivered to you (i.e. your expected delivery date) , please email us prior to purchase to ask us whether it is possible. 
2. If there is a certain specification of the item that you are very concerned about and you think it is not clear in our description, please email us prior to purchase.  
3. All of our items listed in "Buy it now" format require immediate payment, which does not enable "Combined shipping discount" for multiple purchases of different items (if you buy the same items, you can still enjoy shipping discounts for additional items).  In this case, please email us the item no. of all the items that you want to buy and the quantity of each so that we can quote you the final discounted price and then send you an invoice via PayPal after your confirmation with the price.
4. If you want to buy in bulk, please email us for a serious discount.  
5. Double check the compatibility; pay special attention to the model number, e.g. SLB-0837 is not the same as SLB-0837(B). 
6. Do not buy from us if you have the intention of trying the item and then asking for a refund if you do not like the item. 
7. Do not buy from us if you have the habit of leaving negative feedback without prior notice by email.
