After payment:

  2. If you have paid for postal insurance, please leave us a message via PayPal or eBay if you need the tracking number, which will be sent to you by email after dispatch. Please do not miss the parcel. Go to post office with the tracking no. if you do not receive the parcel after 15 working days since dispatch just in case you may have missed the parcel. We are not liable for re-sending the item if the registered mail is returned to us. If you realise that you have missed the parcel, please email us so that we could inform you when we receive the returned parcel. 
  3. If you have not received the item after 20 working days since dispatch and you have paid postal insurance, please email us so that we will submit an online delivery status enquiry via Hongkong Post's website. Please email us again after 30 working days since dispatch if you have still not received the item to arrange re-sending the items.
  4. If you have not received the item after 30 working days since dispatch, please email us to arrange re-sending the items by paying extra postage and packaging fee (applicable to those who have not paid postal insurance).
